Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the LeadSense platform, operated by Botsense Tech Private Limited. We aim to be fair and transparent. Our products are billed in two ways — prepaid credits/wallet recharges and subscription plans — and the rules differ for each, as set out below.

A. Prepaid Recharges / Wallet Credits

This section applies to prepaid balances you add for usage-based features — including AI calling, AI lead discovery, and WhatsApp messaging recharges.

  • Refund window: You may request a refund of your unused prepaid balance within 7 days of the top-up/recharge date.
  • Deductions: Any refund will be net of (a) the payment-gateway/transaction fees already incurred on the original payment, and (b) any amount already consumed from that balance (e.g. calls placed, discovery runs executed, or messages sent).
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable. Credits that have already been used to deliver a service cannot be refunded.
  • After 7 days: Unused prepaid balance remains available in your account for future use but is not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Refund method & timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.

B. Subscription / Platform Plans

This section applies to recurring subscription or platform plans.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund of unused prepaid balance, or to cancel a subscription, email us from the address registered on your account with the details below. We will acknowledge your request and, where a refund applies, confirm the eligible amount before processing.

Please include: your registered email, the transaction/order reference, the date of payment, and whether the request is for a prepaid balance or a subscription.

Notes

  • Refunds are processed via our payment gateway (PayU) to the original payment method only.
  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
  • We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted here with the latest "Last updated" date applies.
